PayPal Permanent Limited . From High Risk to AUP.

Hello,

I have been following this forum for a while since my first PP was banned due to Potential Risk and able to withdraw after 6 months.

Made a second account with a different identity. Verified again with business info and get a lot of sales as the first PayPal. PayPal is now holding 30% revenue as Rolling Reserve due to digital good services.

With the Rolling Reserve left in the account of a total of 40K, new PayPal again was Perma limited due to potential Risk. Now, it's only 10 days left for me to withdraw like my first PayPal, suddenly this Paypal has an additional AUP violation.

Anyone has experienced the same issue? Will this a steal from PayPal by just simply put AUP violation on our account?

yes,it does happen.
With AUP,Paypal can hold on t o your money forever to compensate for any losses you could cause them.
