Default paypal limited due to high risk, ebay left untouched

Hi!
If my PayPal account was limited & closed permanently, due to high risk (nothing exact being told by PayPal) but my seller account was not limited, held or being touched at all, auctions weren't closed or anything.
Is it possible to create a new PayPal account for a friend or relative and continue selling with this account? Of course with stealth details.

Or resolution Nr. 2 if I open up an llc in my country, open a PayPal acc with that name, (2.a) create a new eBay account (or -2.b- change the name for the current), and link it's selling limits from my old acc?

Any of these you'd recommend?
Thanks for the help

No. That paypal will eventually go down. It will not last permanently. You will be obliged to start again.

At all costs avoid friends for doing business.

Option 2 is not much better. Most dangerous word is LINK.

Are these Hungarian accounts? You may need to look for another source of payment.

But that is difficult.
'High risk' is a broad term. Were you selling special items, had a lot of money going thro' the account?

Are you aware that you might repeat the same problems unless you address your selling plan?

If you're going to be doing things the same way then you're always going to run into this problem. There obviously is a reason why Paypal deemed you high risk, don't be afraid to tell us what it is, it will certainly help us help you.

You're probably better off starting all over under a business name but this time obviously change your tack to avoid the first problem, trial and error.

If you keep doing the things you have always done don't ne surprised if you keep getting the results that you have always got

Your plan needs a lot more thinking - right now you either need to change your plans or get a new way of earning money
