Default Problem with buyer & paypal

Hello everyone!

I need your advice please. Only three days ago, I received this from PayPal:

We recently noticed an issue with your account. For information on what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Centre.

Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

00 Oct 0000: We recently received complaints from at least one buyer who indicated that there was a problem with the item they received.

We've looked into the matter on behalf of the buyer and we'd like to work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.

To resolve this matter it may help to take the following steps:
1. If your account has insufficient funds to cover the amount for a pending refund, please add funds to your PayPal account.
2. Send an email authorising PayPal to process the outstanding refunds in full. You can contact PayPal by selecting the Contact Us link in the footer of all PayPal pages.

(Your case ID for this reason is 00-000-000-000-000.)

----------------------

Please advise me to what to do as I haven't received any response from them yet. I did give a ring using my old number (stupid me) and representative told me that they had to close this one down as well and that I would be informed with the decision within 24 hours. Now it's been more than three days and nothing happened yet and the account has £472 inside. Plz help.

Yes but with a slight name change (as I already have two limited accounts with real info) though the address was the same because I thought you need to provide with your real address in order to get verified.

The Representative kept on asking me to give the old email address linked with the suspended ones and I pretended as I did not remember. (Of course, it won't help in the end. If they have to, they have to.)

Hmm, it sounds like you have made some fundamental mistakes including using your original address that was linked to your old / banned account and then phoning them off a phone number also linked to your old account. No doubt this will mean that regardless of whatever the problem you are having with your 'new' account, you have now linked your accounts which more than likely means you will lose the account.

I dont know what the situation would be with any fund you have in the account, clearly if these funds are related to an item that a buyer is unhappy with then you will lose them.

If you want to continue selling on ebay then you need to learn about creating and running a 'Stealth' account properly where you wont make basic mistakes that link your new 'Stealth' account to your old banned accounts. Purchase the 'eBay Stealth' manual and do your homework before you try open any more accounts as you will be wasting your time if you dont.

Learn from your mistakes and move on. In a last ditch effort you can always call Paypal again and give them the stealth info and see if you get lucky.

When someone gets the boot it's usually for some murky reason but in this case you know exactly why, you were sloppy with the handling of your stealth account and it's time to move on.

Good Luck!

I did make some real basic mistakes (desperateness and lack of patience). The main account is suspended but the rest of the accounts linked are in state where they can receive FBs / questions, I can buy / answer questions / blah blah. Buyers are leaving FBs for the items they are receiving and not a single complain for the item 'Not as Described'.

I learnt to create and run 'Stealth' but what I did not learn is to keep up with those fundamental things throughout this buying/selling activity.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I will give them a ring in a couple of days so fingers crossed.
