Default Problem with buyer...

So a lady purchased an item from me last week. I boxed it up and shipped it fedex ground. She left me feedback that same day. I thought that was strange seeing as though I had just shipped the item but I blew it off. Well today a week later I get an e-mail from her that says "Where my package". I pull up the fedex tracking number and it says it was delivered (left on front step). She's saying she received the same item from another seller but my (exact same item) had not come in yet. She said she made the mistake of leaving me feedback as she meant to leave it for them.

I tell her she needs to contact fedex because our records indicate the item was delivered.

She says "Well I have had this problem before and since you sent it without a signature required I'll win. So you can either refund me now or later". WTF? This lady is full of crap.

So I have to ask...is she right? Am I screwed. It was a $150 item so it cant afford to just give her the money back and lose the item.

1. If you have tracking and it shows delivered, you are safe. BLOCK her from bidding on your stuff again, now.

2. signature confirmation is ONLY when your item is sold for $250+

So all in all... you are safe. If she reports you to PP and opens a claim, I highly doubt she'll win.

You can also look up which seller she bought "the same item" from on eB >=)
See if she is being bogus.

Thank you for the feedback and tip on checking to see if feedback was left for the other seller with my same item...funny looks like there was no other item...

Check on her Bought item history. It'll tell you if she lied or not.
Either way, you should be covered.
