Selling Digital Goods and PayPal limited account
Ive got my account limited, holding some xx.xxx money, do you think ill get my money after 180 days? please mention that i sell only digital goods (advertising spots , paid subs etc) . some parts of messages i recieved: Quote:

According to paypal you violated their PUA which means they can take your funds and you wont get them after 180 days. Plenty here have reported that sort of thing happening to them. |

since my limit is only few days ago, can i make complaint at BBB, CSSF, CFPB ,ombudsman ?
I have 2 accounts, 1 personal , and 1 business account. I have a legal business with VAT also. |

If the acct is a stealth one it means you broke their TOS to begin with and have zero recourse. |

Paypal AUP violation,it can seize your money after 180 days,go to its website and look up AUP policy. |

Once a buyer complains with PayPal, the best thing is to always issue a refund immediately. No matter if they are dead wrong or the price of the item. It's not worth the consequences. |

i didnt have any complaints.
but i had a lot of friends and family payments , no tracking, digital goods only, no fees for paypal.
my customers, even if i was telling them to pay from website, they still were sending directly to my email. |

If you didn't have any complaints, most likely you'll get your money back after the 180 days have passed if you only violated that rule. Maybe you can start afresh and make sure to pay the PayPal fees this time. The forum has a lot of useful advice but, with PayPal, the most important thing is to access it on a virtual machine or on a fresh Windows installation as they have a way to tell your computer ID. I am sure there are people who are way more knowledgeable than me here on this topic. |
