Help regarding a perm paypal limit.

I was perm limited but after complaining I got a response from paypal saying this





Paypal wanted me to like explain what I was selling on 3 different transactions, a $20 one, a $55 one and $70 one.

What do I write or do :(
I sold virtual goods on a website known as rbx.place (now shutdown a few days ago after 4 years of operating)

I don't want to give a bad response so I'm scared.

Well if that website was shut down then obviously there was fishy business going on - and your acct seems to be associated with it...
Virtual goods are always problematic but thats what you sold - and they know it. Try to give them as innocent a story as possible along with the statement that youre do NOT plan on doing that again.
And hope for the best... and keep your expectations low cause this acct is more than likely a goner.

your account is temporarily restricted,and the transaction amount is modest.
tell them the truth and tell them you wont be selling such in the future,as you are aware of PAYPAL AUP.
Dont mention the site has been shut down
