Can merchant refund me to my limited PayPal account?

Good day everyone

My PayPal (US PayPal) got limited yesterday. Before that I used my PayPal purchased a laptop. Now the merchant wants to refund me for the laptop as I don't like it. My question is can the refund go though and reach my credit card successfully? As I chose my credit card when I paid my laptop through PayPal?

In your limitation page on PP, Have a look what they have limited you for, some times they limit you only for payments,
