Default Can merchant refund me to my limited PayPal account?
Good day everyone

My PayPal (US PayPal) got limited yesterday. Before that I used my PayPal purchased a laptop. Now the merchant wants to refund me for the laptop as I don't like it. My question is can the refund go though and reach my credit card successfully? As I chose my credit card when I paid my laptop through PayPal?

In your limitation page on PP, Have a look what they have limited you for, some times they limit you only for payments,

Depends on your limitation. But if you used credit card as source of payment, usually the refunds goes directly to the credit card and not the PP balance, unless your PP balance is negative
