My US stable PayPal received a 180-day limit. I waited for 180 days, but PayPal deducted my balance. Can I get my money back? Can someone help me?

Can you post here photo of email that you received from paypal 180 days ago about permanently limitation of your paypal account

Money's gone for good. I lost 4k the same way - vague AUP message, with no chance to correct the situation. My theory is they target accounts with a high balance. Easy money for them.
