Add bank new

My account has been withdrawn
But I don't want to withdraw to my old bank account anymore I want to change to a new bank, I was asked for a phone number by paypal, meanwhile I still use google/voice
Does anyone have a solution to help me with another phone number?
Or is there anyone in the US territory to receive the code for me?
I will be grateful and happy

Use some mobile rent services here on Marketplace or find them on Google. Rent for one week and contact customer help for solving this problem.
