But I don't want to withdraw to my old bank account anymore I want to change to a new bank, I was asked for a phone number by paypal, meanwhile I still use google/voice
Does anyone have a solution to help me with another phone number?
Or is there anyone in the US territory to receive the code for me?

Is there a problem with your old bank account?

It's usually best to not change anything once something is set.
