It seems like they restricting all new accounts and asking for ID. I think it is some new verification step for all new accounts. |

coincidence ebay and PayPal both suddenly became extra hard cocks? went on chat this morning with ebay guy pasted me a link to upload driver license and bank statement. Haven't had this happen on chat usually they just ask few questions verify phone and its ok |

Weird, no problems on my side, could even make accounts with same phone number and VPN. But exactly at the same time this thread was created I got a massive never before ban wave, right at the same time many accounts were banned. It seems Paypal has implemented harder algorithms |

| Same phone number, just different VPN. I get instant limitation only when I use Android VMs on Windows to create accounts, seems it is more likely to do with devices and browsers |

| Just tried with Estonia, real billing address with numbers from smspva, residential ip from IPBurger, email from Gmail.
SMS authentication worked however after registeration Paypal now asks for identification just like any other case on this post, no difference.

It's not necessary to spoof firefox. Using residential IP itself is enough.

Right after signup (with SMS for sure)I'm being asked for sms(its rare) for confirm email (mostly ofter I got - unable confirm its you error - so waiting period is starting and my temp number goes offline for sure. because waiting period for paypal is more than 24 hrs or little closer |

Same thing is happening with me now struggling to create new UK PP's. New Windows User Account --> Firefox Portable (configured correctly) --> Unused IP (Mobile Data) --> New Sim Card and Email.
As soon as the account gets opened, instantly get asked for photo ID. Is the new thing now ? |
