All I can recommend is try chrome. PayPal hit or miss for me with firefox

I've noticed this happening in the past when trying to use a voip number when signing up. The account will be created but automatically suspended in about 20 minutes.

With PP it's important that you add a Card and a Bank account to get the acc verified and confirmed...

Hi all, I'd just joined today. I'm basically going through the same problem as OP. I've created countless PayPal accounts in the past after getting permanently limited and they didn't get instantly limited seconds after signing up. Has there been a found solution to this instant limitation?

What are your steps used currently that were working fine before?

I created the account using pretty much the same info.

Name, address, IP address etc.

I had to use a real phone number this time since PayPal now longer allows VOIP ones to be used. And I created the account on another device.

I was surprised to see the account getting limited seconds after being created. PayPal definitely seemed to have made some drastic changes.

So you used the same info you used before and you're surprised that the account got limited.... correct?

i overcome this instant limitation by changing firefox portable to chrome and IMPORTANT changing your email id domain...

try once not using the same domain you were using before es. if you were using outlook try google or viceversa

That's cause I've used the same info in the past and didn't ran into this issue. Like I said, PayPal has made a lot of changes.
