Request for additional information RXI076

Hello, my paypal account was limited because of antilaundering. So I need to provide documents, proof of address and identity. I allready faxed them **** info. Indentity - driver licence and adress - bank statement. They said that proof of indentity is not good they need passport or National ID card, do I have to make it and send or leave it alone, because I want to use this paypal account it is linked to ebay. Please maybe can help with good advice. Thank you.
