Need an Aussie VCC to Un-Limit PP

Heya,
Hopefully someone can help me here.

My account was limited a little while back due to me logging in with a VPN. The Paypal is unverified and has no CC or bank account attached. I've always received payment on it and used that solely to purchase other things.
To resolve and unlimit the account Paypal wants me to produce a CC which isn't going to happen.

Basically I have two questions.
Will using a VCC work to unlimit my account?
Which VCC ought I use? I can't find anything in Australia.

Also, will I be able to add a bank account if/when I get unlimited that is different to my Paypal name?

There are a couple of options, you could get a VCC from sellers here or look into entropay.

At this point, bank accounts here can be in a different name. Not had reports of problems with differences. All hinges on what happens with the removal of limitations by paypal

I'll look more into entropay since previously I thought it was exclusively for the UK.

How would sellers here accept payment?
