Default Receiving money in a limited paypal, is it a problem?

I know this is stupid... but it's the only way for me to continue receiving payments on paypal. I did a stealth account that was permanently limited after 2 weeks (couldnt send or receive payment on that stealth one).
However, my main paypal account that was limited a month and a half ago, can still receive payments. So Im still using it to receive payments daily (I sell digital stuff so I dont need to pay for the stock really).

Question is, will the fact of receiving money to my limited paypal cause a problem? Do you think they'll delay the 180 days time limit because I was receiving payments during my limitation?

What do you think Did it ever happened to anyone here?

no, dont receive anymore until youve lifted limitation, or ask customers to pay another way, set up a back up account or two that are not linked, for such situations

but why? is there a problem if I keep receiving money to my limited paypal?
and what would be the point of getting a new account if it is gonna get limited within 10 days like the first stealth account I did... (they limited it not because its linked but probably to the high amount of transaction coming in (200$+/day).

Id rather have the money go to my main limited paypal account which is supposed to let me withdraw within the next 4 months, than make new paypal (and new bank accounts) and have to wait each time the whole 180 days to withdraw the money. You got me? But that's where my question is important, what happens if you keep receiving money into a limited paypal?

Nothing would happen, but y would you want money to go an account that you cant access? You want to ship items and not get your money?

Why wouldn't you just open a GCO account and get your money automatically transferring to your bank account?

This happened to me once. I kept receiving the money to my limited account, but I just refunded buyers and told them I needed them send the money to my backup account and I was having problems with my paypal. No problems at all.

I dont think they have the right, by law, to just take the money from someone and tell him to **** off. Did it ever happened before?

Problem is if you are permanently limited and your buyers get wind they will start opening disputes left right and center (even if you have sent the goods). Or PP may just decide to start cancelling sales/refund your buyers anyway.

quite a few times to people. if they decide the whole "we have decided to not do business with you and have refunded your buyers" and you have shipped out the stuff you can lose your money. Esp if you are using a stealth account and you cant threaten to take them to court or anything like that.

Well anyway, I sent an email to excutiveoffice and they didnt even reply, but they removed the feature of still receiving money to my paypal... damnit. However when I called he told me that the funds will be withdrawable within 180 days. But now Im back to my first and foremost question, will I have to withdraw all whats remaining in the paypal balance at once to a single bank account or will I be able to withdraw money to different bank accounts over time? Problem is that there is more than 10k on this account and my bank directly report any deposit over 10k to the government and I would prefer to avoid that.

Jeepers, 10K in an account. I wouldnt be able to sleep while that was still in there. The law in the UK states that any transfer payments of and exceeding £5000 are declared to HM Revenue and Customs. My advice would be to withdraw in manageable bite size chunks such as £1000 a time.

I would not advise keeping it all in there. If something goes wrong and your account is limited it will be 6 months before you can get it back and even then you have the problem of a chunk of £10K to withdraw and the above still applies then.

I am sure all members would agree to withdraw this sum bit by bit.

If you are worried about revenue you can always transfer it to me LOL.

What I mean is to keep high amounts of funds in a Paypal account is risky anyway. I assume that it would have had a fair amount in there before the limitation. Maybe I didnt articulate it very well.
