help with limitation? First time dealing with this ...

Hi, I've had a stealth PP account for more than a year and a half now, and it just asked for more information.

Does anyone here have any tips on how to approach this? There's 400 usd on the account, so it would be nice to get the money out.

The notice states:

"We need your help in reviewing your account. In this case, we need a little more info about your business by 15 Jul 2026. As soon as we receive it, we'll work quickly to let you know whether we can continue to process your account activity."

The review is requesting the following:

Upload a photo ID
Provide proof of address
Provide a copy of your business licence
Provide proof of fulfilment
Provide more information on your transaction(s)

Some account features have already been temporarily restricted during the review.

It's pretty self explanatory. You'll need to go down the list and give them the things they want. Creative docs aren't advertised but maybe someone will PM you.

Some of them seem self explanatory but not the business license. The stealth account is in the UK, but I'm a bit clueless what to send them exactly.

Also for the photo ID, they want me to scan a qr code, how will that be possible to solve?

It depends on how the business account was set up. If set up as an "individual" or "sole trader" then all that is needed to fulfill the "business license" requirement is a statement / declaration stating on what basis the business operates.

How would you solve the photo id? They require to scan a qr code. I assume they only allow photos with the phone. Otherwise, I do have a clear photo of the dark passport

Sort all the other parts of the limitation first.
Then contact support and tell them the QR code isnt working. They will allow you to upload the ID you have directly to them.

They also wanted a second photo/selfie of me holding the ID. so I'm not sure how I'll get around that one

Creative ID with a photo of you in it and the selfie would match up...

What do you mean of me in it? It's a stealth paypal account opened with f ake docs.

If you haven't provided photo ID before - think about it...creative ID matching stealth info but your photo in it...as long as gender matches up...

Upon creating it, I’m pretty sure a passport scan was submitted since I received it with the docs from the seller.
