Default BIG TIME! never saw this kind of limitation before am i dead?

stealth account running smooth for 8 months, yesterday got 2 limitations:

1. We need some more information about some of your recent sales.

Case ID Number: PP-002-xxxxxxxx

2, we need more information about your account

Case ID Number: PP-002-xxxxxxxx

when i go to the resolution center, holly lord, the list is this long:

May 6, 2013 Photo ID
May 6, 2013 Bank Account Statement
May 6, 2013 Proof of Address
May 6, 2013 Provide Invoices
May 6, 2013 Supplier Contact Info
May 6, 2013 Provide Proof Of SSN
May 6, 2013 Confirm Social Security number
May 6, 2013 Update phone numbers
May 6, 2013 Provide business information
May 6, 2013 Set credit check address
May 6, 2013 Provide EIN or TIN

i've provided EIN a few weeks ago, yesterday i updated my email address because the old one is not working anymore. can't be quite sure what triggered this, but i think i'm dead now right? even if i can provide all other info, i can't give any social since it was associated with a bad account.

i also think this kind of long list its self speaks that paypal doesn't like you anymore - for whatever reason.

it is a strong account with 550 items/30,000$ selling limit. and i just registered a LLC and got EIN for it. Suggestions anybody?

i do still have some other stealths but to build them up takes time, not to mention to register another LLC and so on.

Oh you got the kiss of death! You might as well light that account with a lighter and watch it burn!

Might be the kiss of death.

But skilled talking might get the EIN accepted in place of the SSN.

You will never know unless you push paypal.

Usual be fully confident yadda yadda yadda

Push for your account's survival.

Let paypal kill the account rather than your not trying to keep it.

Good Luck

always good advice from you. i might as well give them a call, just afraid i'll waste time prepare all the docs - which is time consuming for reasons we know - then it is dead anyway, enough ppl had the experience that even after they provide everything paypal will be just like :"well, no."

yeah. i've had limitations before but never saw this long list. something is seriously wrong, no idea, just hope my other stealth would not be linked.

lessons learned: do not touch your stealth account if you don't absolutely have to, be it changing email or anything else. you never know what would pull the trigger :(

My suggestion would be the phone call to get the OK for just the EIN....

if that is not approved, then decline to do anything further ( hard work wise

Make the bonfire.

Good luck sommer33 - best to go with one step before you attempt all of them. I am pretty shocked that all this got sparked from changing the e-mail BUT pp is known to go ballistic on the chance of a solid account being hijacked...likely the system saw this and froze it all up. Hope it works out

You may be asked for less info if you call
there's a theoretical chance at least

here i'm back with the paypal phone call, interesting enough i've found out on my paypal page it says "we can't verfy info you provided to apply for the paypal master credit card" - this might be something really triggered the fire. i now remember accidentally clicked on something yesterday and a page came out asking me filling out info for a paypal creditcard application, i immediately closed it thought it was just a random thing.

anyway when i called the woman was very rude on the phone after reviewed my case - i guess there must be some notes saying "dead account, do not care" she basically just said send in everything and we will see. when i tried to discuss the social security thing she was very impatient, simply said you need to provide everything whatever is asked, period.

the *******s cancelled my withdraw from previous day, so now 3000$ will be sitting there for 6 months, good thing that i withdrew every week!

kiss goodbye my good old account, hope the new start will be smooth and last for a while.

Similar thing happened to me around 2 months ago.

I accidentally clicked on the display images link in an ebay message and signed out right away.

2 hours later, BAM! Account limited with no chance to appeal. Account had no issues, 30 feedback, all positive and NO cases whatsoever.

I think they are betting on people clicking on those to get more info about the owner of the accounts.

I dont even come NEAR the paypal credit app pages. lol. Seems to be instant death!

Applying for a pp mastercard could lead to a busload of questions - would make sense since you are asking for CREDIT...whether sommer, you clicked by accident or not :( that sucks though but still...you cant just click around trying to go through pp quickly. Need to take proper steps - slowly.

Yes.

If it is running smoothly never add anything unless you are forced to.

I am like GB I never would give up but this would be a ton of work.

Depends on the account and how old, solid etc etc if it is worth it or not.

Good luck with whatever you do.

try to call again and see if you get a better rep.
what time did you call? if you called during business hours, try calling them during late night.
