Default How much to withdraw at a time and how long to wait to avoid limitation?

Ok, so I have a paypal account that has accumulated about $1,300.00. Basically because I purchased a laptop, and it turned out the seller never shipped and I was refunded my money. Now I am in the process of trying to get the money out. Here are the details, the account was created in January and has 96+ positive feedback on it. I have NEVER withdrawn money out of it before, and the account is set up 100% stealth and done the RIGHT way. So now my question is how much should I withdraw and how long should I wait in between withdrawls to get my money out. I just withdrew $300.00 on Thursday, and it went fine. I would obviously like to space it out in pieces, but I also would prefer to withdraw more than $100.00 a week. I don't wanna leave the money in there for that long. What is the time frame and amount people have had luck with withdrawing from ESTABLISHED stealth accounts. I am not a noob here, so the account is done right. I have read the forums and I am never going to withdraw more than $500.00 at a time. Any response is appreciated. Thanks!

Dude, seriously.... I had an account that had 600 bucks accumulated over 3 months. I took out 145 bucks, and it got reversed, and limited that day. Paypal is unpredictable so there will never be a time line lol. The only thing is certain is that they will limit you eventually.

I'm afraid that's the best answer. There are lots of tips to keep it under a certain amount and a certain speed. But the biggest problem is its all based on how paypal feels about your account. And they don't tell you that. You could transfer $150 a week and get hit. You could transfer it all in a week and be ok... Its a crappy thing to deal with, the not knowing.

I've been hit taking out $60. I've been ok taking out $1000 in 3 days. Its such a crap shoot with those cats. Every time I withdraw i just wait for the other shoe to drop.

Its your first transfer so I would go light, and step it up over a short period. Maybe 3 weeks. $250, $300, $350, $400, But thats just me.

As far as I'm concerned, amount is less important then how they feel about account. But just a theory.

There is no single answer. I have taken out up to amounts of 4k at one time and not been limited, this is with a new account. Ive had others where ive withdrawn $50 and been limited. Once you get limited - if they ask for id,once its been lifted unless you do something really dodgy, you can take out as much as you want and not be re limited.

@Blackhorse, qualify that comment about paypal. Some accounts do get subsequent limiations. At the very least the OP should be aware of that happening

Withdrawing funds from Paypal is all one huge Crapshoot. Period! Like POD and the others have said above, you never know when its going to happen, you just know it will.
Now speaking for myself, I normally transfer $150-$300 maximum and may do this once every two weeks, that is on average. I have transfered $300 on one day and then again 2-3 days later.

Since you have transfered $300 already with no issues, then try $200 this week and increase the amount to $250 and transfer your funds every 14-20 days until you are content with what you have remaining.

Good Luck!

I've never been PayPal Limited, and withdraw any time I want (amounts between $300-1500). I've had the same PP account for three years though.

I suggest new accounts withdraw under $150 a month for first 3 months then slowly work upwards

I have a stealth account currently that is 26 days old. I have racked up sales of greater than $1,000 and have been able to withdraw every other day amounts of $230. The thing that surprises me the most is i have only 3 feedback on eBay and all my payments that i receive are without holds. I dont get it.

However, i do have a CC, Bank account , and Social Security attached to the account. Not sure if that makes a difference.

Why not just find another seller and go ahead and purchase the laptop?

Got limited with minimum withdrawals myself on accounts with solid feedback and such. so the randomness is insane - looking at trends of what's being sold though and understanding much more.

Basically, I am looking at purchasing stuff to move Paypal money - when I can .
