Lol..but that is the only holiday most chines people get. My supplier never has a single holiday except for Chinese new year. They don't celebrate Christmas, and they barely have any holidays. The only holiday they get is for 7 days on chinese new years. Besides they have to work on Saturday while most lazy ass people like me only have to work 5 times a week..

Oh well..someone has to make our computers, and toys...

So the million dollar question is this: Do any of these legal threats to a supervisor work?

You are no longer bound by their terms in that case.

I've read that legal theats do work.

But don't just threat, follow through. Paypal will have to pay the court fees..it's your money. In the UK we have the financial ombudsman, it costs Paypal £500 to pay the costs of these cases when they are opened. This may be worth a campaign. Would it be possible to bankrupt Paypal UK??

I'll have first hand experience within a week should they not release my money within the next few days.

Don Corleone
Does the sun set? Does the sun rise?

The answer has to be generic. Any action and reaction with paypal is determined on the basis of the presentation of the case.
You could talk to a supervisor and get one result.
I could talk to the same supervisor and get a different result.:ranger:

A legal threat is only good if the account in question is worth it. Think VERY carefully about my comment.:peace:
