Default Paypal Limited 180 Days Question

Hi there my paypal was limited and I wont get my money until 180 days are up just wondering after the 180 days are up can I withdraw the money to the bank account on file. Thanks

Yes that is the usual form if you have had the email telling you your funds will be released in 180 days.

heres the email I received from paypal so does this mean I will be able to withdraw to bank account on file.

We have reviewed your PayPal Account, and due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

Please call PayPal Customer Service at 1-888-221-1161 to facilitate the
disbursement of any funds remaining in your PayPal account.

Funds disbursement can be handled in one of two ways:

Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your
buyers (if applicable).
OR
Your remaining account balance will be held in your PayPal account for 180
days from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be
notified via email with information on how to receive your remaining funds.
If you choose to provide refunds to your customers, please log in to your
account and contact us with a list of transaction IDs for the buyers that
you would like to have refunded for you.

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yes you will be able to withdraw to your bank account on file after 180 days.

Paypal will email you again when it is time.

To anyone reading this thread take note of what the message from paypal says.
paypal have advised they are going to release the funds after 180 days.
This notification is CRITICAL for having the funds released.

You need to submit documents for review and then fail the review or contact PP and tell them you wish to part ways.

Sometimes you will just get it straight off without further review.

Thank God my account was reinstated after i provided all information paypal requested me. I am worried and have fear what if they do it again & how can i avoid that NOT to happen again?? any suggestions?

Spencer785 = are you going to sit down and wait for 180 days?? depending on how much you have in your account....what am trying to say is if you only have few pounds, thats ok but if it is a lot of money....they why not call, speak to supervisor not customer service or anyone else. Argue your point with a supervisor or team leader. if you have £1000 in there, they can keep £200 in case of charge back or customer complain and release the remaining amount?? 1) CALL 2) ASK FOR SUPERVISOR OR MANAGEMENT 3) ARGUE YOUR POINT 4) YOU MAY EVEN TELL THEM THAT YOU WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT & TO GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 48 HRS.

I was thinking about it. Is it okay if I call PayPal and say I need some information to give them to my lawyer in order to open a claim in court? Will they be scared and release my $1.46? By the way, its not the only amount. I have over $1000 hold for 180 days.
