I was selling digitally delvered goods, i know its against the rules.

but how can i create some invoices to unlimit paypal? thanks!

Create invoice yourself, you can get a sample on google.

Do these make shift invoices actually work? Many on the forum say that they don't?

When you sell digitally always send a copy with tracking # to there paypal address on file and you should be ok that is what i do and i have never been limted for sell keys on ebay. it is only a $1.75 to send first class.
