Paypal Withdraw (got limited last time)

Ok so i have 3 paypals...

1 Limited for selling large quantity of items and some defective items.

2nd Was for some reson linked to the first account, right after i tried to transfer 400 to bank




Now a made a new acc and got $500 and want to transfer money to bank
is it safe


ALL ACCOUNTS UNDER REAL NAME,diffent phone but once was same, same address.


is there a way to transfer to bank without limiting?

logged in, tried to send money and now im limited.

paypal is holding about 5k total in all 3 accs..

2 accs were limited cause they were linked (changed ip and everything)

anyways to free my paypals i need to solve orignal paypal .

Need ss#(dont have), photo id (im 17), supplier info and invouses (do have but its western union)

anyway out?

I was told by a admin of this site that i cant ge the money after 180 days if i dont suppply thenwith required info.

Anyway out? All my innvestments and other cash was put into starting my small biz ansd now i lost it
