PayPal Limitation Surprisingly RELEASED on Stealth Account
I just thought I would share this with all of you out there struggling with your limited paypal accounts. Three months ago I created my first stealth account, as my first ebay account was closed several years ago. My original Paypal account remains in tact, but I of course created a new PayPal account to link to the new stealth account. I gave both ebay and paypal a slight variation of my name, but all other information is real (for the most part). I sold small items, got my feedback up, and verified my paypal account (without my ssn which was of course linked to my old account). I started selling a few vero items (only one per week) and after my third withdrawal of $100, of course, I got limited. I thought for sure I was screwed. I only had $200 in the account, but still! So I jumped through all of the hoops that PayPal asked me to, except for the ssn requirement. I provided minimal information, sending supplier information from small stores in my area, etc. After reading for days on how I could possibly avoid giving out my ssn info, I concluded that there was no way around this one. I gave up, and decided to enter my real ssn. I figured that if worst comes to worst, my stealth accounts would be closed, but since I could not retrieve my money anyway, why not give it a shot. I entered my real ssn and of course it could not be verified by PayPal, because of the slight name change. I gave up and walked away from the computer. When I returned the next morning I received an email that my account was back up and running with no issues! I don't really know how this happened, but I thought I would share! |
