Two paypal accounts limited and money held.. Please help!
 

Hi everyone, {first post!} the site is great thanks for all your comments.
Also, please take some time to help me. Even though I read a lot of related posts I'm still not sure on how to handle that one...

Here is the story:

- 2 weeks ago, I received money on my brand new stealth account for an item on ebay for which the buyer agreed to pay directly via paypal.

- Last night, I transferred all that money as a personal gift to my personal paypal account and then withdrew it to my bank account.

- Today, the buyer filled a case on paypal for item not as described.

- Shortly after, I received different emails from my personal paypal account:
1. email telling me that the funds are being held and waiting for additional information about PayPal payments such as shipment or proof of refund.
2. a notification of canceled withdrawal
3. a limited account access rxi304

- On the stealth email account I received:
1. a not as described dispute
2. a limited account access rxi304

- So the money got held from my legit account right when I was withdrawing. I have all the legit documents for identity proof for my personal account but not for the stealth one.

- I also did not answer the calls that I later found out were from ebay.

What can I do to withdraw that money again? Should I start by restoring the access to my personal account? Can I avoid restoring the stealth account?

Please help me, the money involved is very important to me and I cannot afford loosing it. Thank you very much,

Work on your personal account first. You can even call up PayPal and say that you were paid for services done ... but then again you being new to this you may have slipped up and linked the accounts by accident.

Have you read eBay Stealth? If not, give it a read. If seems you are missing some critical information on stealth. :)

If you say the money was received as you have done a service i.e. spell or magic, would they release the payment??
