Limited Paypal (Please help)

My paypal account has been limited again, I changed everything got a new bank account changed my ip address and opened a new ebay account. I could easily buy things however, when I recieved around £300 from a buyer from my website it was limited and closed straight away but my ebay remained and still has remained open.

Now because I have been blocked before and they know who I am etc... what documents would I need to upload to be verified as I have uploaded my own id before.

What could I do to start accepting payments again through my website without it getting limited straight away ? Would I need to open a bank account again ?

I don't want to open another bank for this to get closed straight away again.

Must have every thing NEW! It sounds like to me you just change the old info on your paypal account. If this is so then That's 100% why you got limited.

The things you would need to do: "get"
New Name
New Address
New Phone Number
New paypal
New bank account
New credit card
New IP
Windows New user
EVERY THING NEW.

Hi okay thanks, also do you think they could have linked the website up aswell ?. Also though how can I get verified I would have to upload my drivers license or something again which I have done before but wouldn't I just get limited again ?
