Account got limited, paypal require to confirm bank and credit card

So if I confirm bank and credit card they will lift my limitation? I was planning on transfer my fund after the limitation if lifted and then I will close my bank account. Is this fine? Will there be any problem after I closed my bank account? I will only be able to withdraw part of my fund while half of them are still on hold.

You can't withdraw funds to a closed bank account.

They say that there is some unusual charges to my credit card and I did not add any credit card to the account =O. Now they just asking me to confirm the bank and credit card. And I was thinking that after I have lifted the limit and transfer the money out of a bank account, i will transfer that money out of that bank and close that bank account.

This isn't a permanent limitation. If you plan to make withdrawals in the future, I wouldn't close it out.
