Funds limited even after 14 months

I was expecting to be able to withdraw funds from my limited account after 180 days, but it's been 14 months and the money is still locked. I haven't received the "parting our ways" email. Anyone know how I can unblock the money or at least make my account permanently limited (they are still waiting on my ssn etc)? Thank you.

I am assuming Paypal, if it is you need to call them to release your funds.

To get the fastest response I would call them to talk to them about it. But you should call them from the phone number that is associated with the Paypal account you are calling about. If you call from a different phone then the phone you call from will now be linked forever to your suspended account. And blocking your number does not work. You can find Paypals number if you google it. But if you need it you can PM me. Best of luck to you!

blocking your number does work if you dial one of their 402 numbers. 402-935-7733 it doesnt work if you dial the 800 number only

Absolutely correct. Toll free numbers always detect the originating number. Blocking your number does work if you are calling to a standard telephone area code.

Still trying to get the parting our ways email from them, i'm about to upload all the documents they asked for in some ghetto form. i already emailed them many times asking for how to get my money and i dont wanna do business any longer with a company asking for private data that's not a bank,.

Once you upload the documents you will most likely get the parting ways email within a few hours.
