Exclamation Anyone who has gotten around limitation- please help!

I just got limited yet again RXI034. I sold 1 item off of ebay for $5 and ioffer transactions. Probably made like $400 in 2 weeks. Yesterday I opened a PO Box just to have money orders from my Ioffer account sent to and also anything that I may buy from ebay. Now bam! I got the limitation today.

They are asking for-

Proof of address (before the PO Box was put as my main address)
Proof of Address (PO Box)
Provide Invoices
Supplier Contact info (I dont have one?)
Confirm social security #
Provide business information (I dont have a business?)
Proof of delivery - this is no problem

Is there any way to get around these things specifically proof of address, invoices, supplier contact, and business info... I really need help on this. I already wrote them an email saying I was confused as to why this came up.

And as for the ioffer items, do they look up the item numbers? Can I just say I sold stuff from around my house I had and say I don't have any invoices because they were purchased long ago?? Has anyone had success with this? Please help!!!!

So was this a stealth account? Proof of address and invoices are easy to create but it is usually the SSN # that is the problem for most people. So if this account is in your real details then what is the issue with giving them something with your info on it?

yes it was a stealth account... another question about the SSN is has anyone ever heard of flat out refusing to give the SSN for privacy purposes and that they really have no right in asking for that information and had them pass a limitation?

the thing that is annoying me the most is that i sold 1 item on ebay and maybe 40 off of ioffer, and they limited me after i opened a p.o. box and added it as a shipping address with my ebay username as the addresse...

Sadly what you did raised flags with them. Changing address, having that amount of money spooked them. As a result, you got caught

Nope, you can not flat out refuse to give the SSN. Anyone trying to deal with a paypal limitation has to realize that they must barter to get a deal. Very often it is better to speak to paypal for this end. Emails are impersonal. Now before anyone cries but it's a stealth account, realize that it's your account with special details (stealth) If you are confident of speaking to paypal then you do that. There are many users here that speak to paypal and resolve their problems

so, telling Paypal I am uncomfortable in giving them my ssn will be better? Or should I speak to them before I send in any documentation?

Speak to them: hold off from saying anything about the SSN until they put you in a corner. From what you said, it seems you were selling items on both ebay/ioffer. Because you were happy with being able to use paypal, you decided to be really business-like, get a PO box. etc etc etc.. get my drift?

They ask for item numbers, item numbers only. And if that's sent your brain into overdrive think about that term

No they can't see your ioffer items but if you want you can let me see and I'll show you mine, you wouldn't believe the stuff I have listed on there.

ok so just called them and they said "there has been a lot of selling activity and we want to make sure everythihng is ok"... I told him i dont have invoices because I was selling old things i had around my house and they said thats fine. they said to just provide as much as i can information wise...
i said I have no proof of a po box because i have it for only shipping purposes because I have had some sketchy people go through my mail, but i can provide proof of my address which i will have to doctor some proof up. any advice on what is the best paperwork for this?

so just a word to the wise- they do look at your items on ioffer. I sent an email complaining because they didnt even let me finish uploading my required documents- so she wrote back saying to provide invoices including for the DVD's i have sold... yeah never once on my paypal was the word "dvd" mentioned so they look at you're transactions on Ioffer.

how do they look at your items on ioffer? never pay via the ioffer link, always get the sellers paypal and pay direct

The address is what got you most likely. Never change your address or PASSWORDS Or its trouble and limited right away! I wrote a post about that when I first joined here becaus emy girlfriend got mad and changed my password I got suspended and never got limitation removed. I just opened some new accounts. a couple of months later I was able to call paypal and convince them to not make me wait 180 days. phone works, emails are ignored by paypal.

ok, I reread your posts, you sell on i-offer, i was giving advice for if you buy on i-offer, eg, paying seller.

I can see how they see you items on i-offer that you sell, other than if item numbers are put on invoice or paypal note messages.

you are giving up too soon, your call went well so why not give the utility, its very simple.
