Cheated by paypal!

Newly paypal member, I got paypal limited right after I withdrew $400.
I have not post the item that time and I called paypal ask what should i do, they said better ship the item and give tracking number and follow the resolution how to remove the limit and everything would be OK.

OKKK I sent the item and gave everything (id, invoices, tracking). BUT NOW I STILL GET LIMITED!! and got email appeal rejected!! should wait for 180 days to get the money out!!

WHAATT THEE!! IF I KNEW I WOULD GET THIS, I SHOULD NOT POST THE ITEM! PAYPAL U EVIL! THAT AGENT DIDNT TELL ANYTHING ABOUT 180 days!!!!! DAMN U PAYPAL! JUST DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAID!!!

At the end of the "love" letter from paypal, that one of the reason is I mainly access paypal from overseas as though I had an account with a residence in Australia?? what the heck!!?! ~ I TRAVEL A LOT!

SO you used paypal and did not read any of their conditions? Why does that make them cheats? You made the mistake in the first case.

Which country's paypal got limited? How did you access that account? You are in Indonesia now.

I created and accessed it while i am in Indonesia. Yes I am in Indonesia at this time. Travel back forward to AU. Does it matter? So I cannot create AU paypal while i am here? They will limit it for sure?

I should go back and create one and verified it? And when I travel anywhere, I can access the paypal without limitation in the future?

Not really. paypal account in any country will get limited.
