My invoices were denied...help!

I'm new to the forum but i have a serious problem with paypal. I run a business that buys used electronics and sells them on ebay. Been doing it for almost a year now. I have a website that's going to be launching soon that i will use to buy in items from people, but until then I've been using craigslist to get products.

So paypal limited my account on monday and 1 of the things they asked for is for invoices showing how i acquired these items. We were able to think ahead of time and create invoices in Quickbooks during each purchase (we also have signed hard copies) for all of our purchases....so i uploaded the digital invoices to them. I spoke with paypal rep over the phone and they said it wasn't good enough and that they need invoices "from the supplier", not our own invoices. I tried to explain that we buy from individuals, not businesses and individuals DO NOT CREATE THEIR OWN INVOICES when they just want to sell an old cell phone. They then said they don't believe we are buying from individuals due to our volume...and that's where i am now.

What do I do, this is going to seriously screw my business because i can't send refunds or do anything that requires access to funds through ebay.

You should if you haven't already clean out your paypal, let paypal worry about refunds, buy the stealth book, properly make more accounts and forget about that paypal/ebay account. They made the decision to call you a liar so let them eat it.

Paypal will let you refund the buyers if you provide them with the transaction numbers that you would like to refund. The normal refund option will not work most of the time once the account gets limited. Your best bet is to start several new stealth Ebay/Paypal accounts and spread your sales over multiple accounts so it does not happen again. Be aware that some items such as Iphones are considered high risk so that will draw attention to your acccount.

Recently a Paypal account of mine got limited with funds in it so sadly I am stuck. I have to call the rep center for each refund - or asking my buyers to escalate transactions to claims so I can refund.
