Limited again

So,here i go on my little recap.

I made a new paypal and ebay accounts,i started selling.I sold probably worth of 1500 $.Then i got hit with the EU limitation,and they asked me to send the docs in.The proof of identity i did good,that got accepted,but i made a mistake with the electrecity bill,i painted a different apartment number and bulding in the paper ,than what was in my PP account,that got rejected.So i send it again,telling them that i own 2 apartments in the same building,until i ran out of uploading space.Then i faxed them .Before i faxed them i added the second adress as a home adress .So,after they got the paper,i got the permanent parting ways thing.

So can anyone more experienced with this can say what exactly destroyed my account ?And is it smart to to remove all limitations including EU before you start selling ?

Seems you have to get a new steath pair as me.
One question, how did you pass around the proof of identity? Is it under your real name? Or just make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one? Thanks

When doing things like that - detail detail detail!!! Write everything down so you dont stuff it up! Otherwise its a lot of work down the drain for one simple mistake!
