PayPal limited RXI111...Advice Please

Hi, if anyone could give me some advice on the below, that would be great.

I'm located in Australia, but use a UK Paypal account, as this is the best way for me to transfer money into my UK bank account. I have just been Paypal limited, and most of the things they're asking for I can't provide ie. Invoices & Suppliers etc. I have just sold $25,000 worth of equipment, and the buyer made an echeque payment which should clear in the next few days. I have spoken to the buyer and they would be happy to pay me another way if I can refund the money. Is this possible to do while Limited?

I would be happy to send the items and wait the 180 days to get my money from Paypal if I knew I would definitely get it.

you can refund money...

You have to wait for it to clear.

when it clears, it will show in your paypal account

you would then need to go to the transaction, and go to (submit tracking) or something like that

go to that page and for the carrier, select other...

right in that box "ISSUE REFUND"

and in the description write... "ISSUE BUYER FULL REFUND"

Paypal will see this, and act upon it immediately, then you can tell the buyer to pay you by other means...

I know I never had a chance to save an old paypal account when I was asked for invoices and supplier information. But I have read others on here have, so I cant say for sure. But in my personal experience, it didnt matter what I sent them, they still shut me down. Good Luck!

I have always been able to refund buyers from a limited paypal account.
However recently I have had several accounts limited, none of them will allow me to refund the buyer.. Just another example of the ridiculous tactics of paypal.

Thanks All..I'll try to refund the buyer. If I can't and they shut me down, would I still get my money which is in the account?

Only if paypal formally tell you they are going to refund the money.
You will need to have in writing from them. How can you sell $26,000 of goods and not have an invoice, proof of right to sell. paypal are going to wonder that as well. Not how business gets done

If this is a real deal I hope you are aware you might have to fight for this money.
