Hello. I have a new eBay Stealth account. Someone would like to buy 21 copies of Windows 7 from me, i am selling on eBay. It is all legitimate and i can ship right after the payment is cleared but the payment will be $1,600. Will i be instantly limited if i receive a payment of $1,600 on my new PayPal account?

I would say, SURE, count on it! It sounds like your are walking into a "bear trap"!
Be carefull! Would you give someone the same advice? If so, then you know what to do...just listen to your "gut" feeling.

If for some reason you do not get limited after "$XXXX", then I would transfer only $100-300 per 7 days OR 14 days. I have had luck with this.
