Default Please help me

I have huge problem.

Case on Ebay is open against me and i need to send refund to the buyer but then nightmares starts. Pay Pal account that is linked with ebay is permanently limited. I have 2 days to refund money and i don't see any options. I have 100% feedback and i really want to refund money. I have money on my PayPal account balance that is limited.

What can i do. What will happen if i dont refund money? Can ebay use money from that PayPal account even thought it is limited and will be closed for 180 days?

Please help

Call Paypal and tell them that your account is Limited and that you want to issue a refund, if they do it for you on the Spot thats great, but the truth is that the refund is going to come from your Paypal account anyway, so yes they CAN use that Money fro the refund

Thanks.
So if i understand correctly. If i don't refund money in next few days ( that is the time line ), and i can't refund it. ebay can refund money from PayPal that is permanently limited.

Thank you for helping me out.

You need to add a reimbursement method to your paypal account. It can only be credit card or paypal account.
If you do not, Ebay will refund it themselves, and then limit your Ebay account.
Then they will lie, cheat and steal anyway they can to get their money from you. Including waiting untill the paypal account that received the payment has enough balance to cover it.

I was always my understanding that when your Paypal account got limited the only way that you could get money out WAS to issue a refund...

...oh and of course Paypal will also let ebay collect their fees as well

Click on the paypal detail of the transaction and on the bottom their should a hyperlink the says Refund.

On the 3 accounts I had limited over the last 10 years only one of the early ones did not have the option to refund.
I think it is mandatory now that they let you refund.

Dear slapped,

I think that only solution is to add a reimbursement method to paypal account. I stil don't have hyperlink refund like on other transactions.

Thank you a lot.
Please share with me how can i leave you positive feedback for this help.
