limited Paypals question

Hi,
I have few limited paypal accounts.I got my last limitation yesterday.They asked me to send add info about my address,ID,invoices...today i received an email when they explained me that my account is gone and i can withdraw my money after 180 days.My question is Could i make new Paypal with my savings(RBC Bank,Canada) and without CC.Is Paypal able to check my REAL name on my savings,because i already had few Paypal accounts using it.I want to put different name(just my First and my maiden name).

Yes they can check the real name. You also can't use the bank accounts that have been used on another account before and bank accounts that have been added and not confirmed (stupid policy, I had to open a new bank account). You can however use another last name, as it's the most important, but you'll also need a bank account in that name. You can open one online, so it's easy.

All of the above holds true in the US, don't know about other countries.

No, PayPal can not verify your name on your bank account, won't happen.

And NO you can not reuse the same bank account already used with another PayPal account.

New bank account needed, any name will do.
