Why was your PP account limited?
FYI: Your Ebay account will be limited in due time and shortly after your PP account was limited UNLESS the PP account was limited due to some issue that WAS NOT associated or related with Ebay.

I post here before, but no body can give me some idea to fix my problem.

My paypal got limited right after usdate with a new VCC.

Paypal ask me to add another CC to verify my billing address.

Some one told me after I add another CC, they will do a phone verification.
You need a landline to do this. The landline must match your address.

I don't know how to do it.

My Ebay account is very good.

So that is why I ask to add Paymate.

eBay will only be limited if it was linked with paypal, but if it wasn't linked you wont have problems.

I would ask customers to mail me pennies by Media Mail before I used Paymate. Please research the forums for problems with Paymate.

Check out other acceptable payment options, but also go ahead and start over with some back up accounts. Sadly, you may just have to let this one go.

Just from my own personal note, I had a paypal linked to ebay account that went limited in June. eBay account is still good today - i even added subsequent paypals out of whatever-goes attitude. One paypal was killed quickly, other still going on.

/knock on wood - ebay account has good rep so I use it.

Haven't really tried a huge withdrawal on new paypal though so.../shudder

That's a very dicey figure to say - some say over $250 - others over $500 - in one shot - depends on what you are selling too, on how long you have been selling, etc.
