Anyone noticed Paypal is limiting accounts now

I noticed with the xmas season coming up alot of folks are getting there Paypal limited..

My friend is a powerseller with 750 feedback, all 100% and they limited her for the first time when she did $1000 in two weeks. She called them and they lifted it immediately. They had no reason, and could not conjure up one to her about why the limit was imposed.

I don't think there is any evidence showing paypal using voice recognition systems.
Yes, Yuliya Gorbanova works for paypalx and she was a project manager for a voice analysis project but that is no sign that paypal use it now.
The system she worked on is used to tell if people are lying and not to compare voices to tell if people are in fact the same person.

PayPal will not come out and publish their MO, that would be THE END for them.However if you invest some time and do some Social Engineering or apply for a job; some of the system secrets will be disclosed to you just know what to ask for and how. This has to be software driven. They limited within 1 hour of making a withdraw.it wasn't the hardcore rxi type.this was a tamer one.but it doesn't matter when they ask for ss#

bizzy what do you mean software driven, you mean its automated? yes probably, but there must be factors that trigger it, why do some people get it and other dont...

I am selling legit items, with 3 pp accounts, two of them have been already limited once. They are working fine now. I'd like to know what is the max times of limitation could be on one account, 2, 3 even more? Anybody has multiple limitations here?

There is no max set number. Personally, I had one account go 2 times into limitation. Current one needs ID so failure for me.
