Cool Fund available for withdrawl after 180 days

I think it is a good news. I just logged into one of my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ PP account which was limited on March 2010, and there was a message on the main page said that I can withdraw my money, but my account will be still limited.

I added a new bank account(it was not verified), then withdraw all the money(2.8K) out in one time.

I have done nothing since the account got limited. So this is aprroved, anyway, at least for me, that you just have to wait 180 days and add a bank acc or use existing one to get the money out. Simply just wait, nothing else needed. I have not submitted any doc requested by PP, neither called them...

The 180 days start counting right after the account gets limited.

I have a few more accounts sitting there and waitting.

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
# Aug , 2010: You have received €1,800.00 EUR or more in total payments to your PayPal account.

PayPal is required by law to comply with European Union Anti-Money Laundering regulations by collecting information from customers when they receive more than the set limit in total payments. These steps need to be completed within 45 days to comply with this regulation, and you may have already received an email notice to that effect.

If I do nothing, after 180days I can withdraw? How you think?

You need to read the paypal terms and conditions.... but yes, after 180 days you'll get your money, in every country (I'm pretty sure... )

I just had an account complete it's 180 days as well, but I'm concerned about whether or not it'll allow me to complete the bank withdrawal I made since it still shows "electronically transfer funds" as 1 of the things that I CANT do from the limitation =/ Does that not count, if it is past 180 days, or is withdrawal different from "electronic transfer of funds"?

180 days since paypal limited my account on 27 March 2010.

-On my real name paypal account:
I can withdraw money into my bank account or add a new bank account just to withdraw money A$ 1,XXX.96 without verify a new bank account at a time.

-On my stealth account:
There is around A$200 left in Paypal. Paypal allows me withdraw the money into bank account but I have no idea what to do since it is not on my name.
Please help.

Thanks

One thing I know but I am not sure it will help you. I know for sure if you withdraw to a US bank account it doesnt check the name it just completes the withdrawal, tried and tested many times after 180 days or even just with a non limited account.

paypal never checks the name... they CAN'T check the name

it's 100% up to the bank accepting the incoming deposit whether or not they will accept or reject it
