Acct limited and can't even log in !?
 

It's started asking me for my bank account number when I try to log in. But when I enter it, it always says "Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again."

This is tricky because I have to log in to sort out the limited status or to to email them. But it won't let me log in.

Paypal is really starting to aggravate me. But every other service I've tried is just as frustratingly unworkable.

I suspect it's because I recently moved to China, but so what? That's none of their business.

Welcome to the forum. If you keep getting the weird message, I would suggest you call them up.

As for none of their business, sadly it's all of their business - too many hijacked accounts have made moving around = high risk

Yea I guess I'll have to call. All the money transfer services have become extremely difficult recently. I think a few countries have new laws to try to combat money laundering and fraud.

But come on, I'm still withdrawing to the same bank account I've been using with Paypal for years. It's still the same regular payments, and I even did it once before in China.

By the way, why are these so many dodgy people on here? Trying to hide from Paypal? What're they all up to?

I hope I can just have a little rant on here.

I called Paypal, the guy suggested trying different formats of account number, like removing dashes, or removing the last 2 digits(!). But now I've tried 10 times it won't even ask me the question again.

He said they'd transfer me to another department who could unblock the 10-attempts lock-out. But after going through the security questions all over again, they decided their office was closed, arrhgh!

I think I'll just tell the (only 1) payer to ask for his money to be refunded and send it again by wire transfer. Then I can forget about Paypal and hopefully oneday my account will get deleted.
