I believe there is a file you can send them telling you will put in a class action lawsuit if they do not release your money. You can find it somewhere on the net, heard it works about 20% of the time. (better odds than 0% and 0$)

@pod-ok but im not bitter about me,they only have a few quid of mine,its the stories you hear,i understand they are a business and need to cover their own costs but keeping your money in their bank while they make interest of it is criminal,and if it is not illegal it should be,for e.g in the last 6 mths....i have £500 in sales,ok hold the £500 but what if i have £3000 in THEIR account,they have not good reason to keep all of it unless im missing the point,anyway im gonna leave this one coz its pointless me goin on about it,everyone knows how they operate,or they do now its too late,i know its not illegal fraud....its legal fraud
