Default Paypal limitation help
Hi and good day everyone. I have recently been getting limited on some of my paypal accounts lately. I always seem to provide all the info they ask except when it comes to providing Photo ID which is the trickiest for me so far.
Please I need someone on the forum who`s an expert in creating photo ID. PM me asap. thanks.
