Default paypal limitation

I no this has been discussed but my ebay account with 120 100% feedback is still getting a 21 day hold, ive had no complaints or anytthing, the only thing i can think is a couple of free tickets which i sold

it is now over a month this hold has been on, all my info is fully verified and 8 payments out of 20 have been released due to positive feedback

There should be a list in the help section that shows the exact things they look for. They emailed a why we put on holds on payment. It was stuff like new ebay account, low DRS score, not enough feedback etc.

Its really not just DSR and feedback count anymore. They still look for those things, but lately its been more and more frequent on solid accounts too.

They are just protecting themselves more. It will happen more out of the blue on good standing account now. It's just something you have to be prepared to live with. Any sale and any account can get it. So if the cash speed is paramount best to not count on getting as fast as before anymore...

Yeah, I know it is a list of 5 or 6 things now. I didn't bother to copy it because i thought it would be posted here somewhere, but I will try to find and post it if I remember which account I saw it on.

Point I was making is there really does not seem to be any hard coded reason lately. Good strong solid accounts get it. I think who buyer is and how buyer pays is higher on the list. No solid proof, but it seems to be a major factor. And naturally one out of our control
