Paypal limitation

Hi guys I need your help !

paypal is asking me to provide tracking information for 5 recent transaction but the problem is I've already shipped them via letter mail ( no Tracking available for letter mail in canada ) the amount for these 5 transactions is between $2 - $9 and cheapest shipping service with tracking is like $7-8 in canada.

I dont really understand why they want me to provide tracking number for $2

transaction ?? WTF

what do I do ?

call them and explain your situation to them, also contact your buyers and ask them to leave feedback to prove that the items were received.. not as easy as it sounds but be persistent

I freaking hate them !!! why they do this to us all the time .

Regarding the first post:

What is the actual expected consequence if you simply let this ride for a bit and wait for users to leave feedback?

What I'm getting at, I guess... If PP wants the tracking info for sales of negligible significance, and the buyers +FB you in a few days or a week (or at least no disputes pop up), is the problem likely to just dry up and blow away? Is it worth sweating over or expending the effort on a problem which may resolve itself faster than you can comply anyhow?

Anybody have any insight? This has me very curious, actually.

I have told them before, didnt use tracking, it isnt compulsary, they are just robots, wait for it finally to sink in to their heads and they will lift that particular one..

Best bet:

Send somthing with tracking to thoose addresses.Of course the people will think you are weird.BUT you'll have somthing to show paypal
