Money tied up with closed account; can it be retrieved? Gone forever?

I had an Ebay account suspended about 4 years ago and to this day I still recieve an invoice from that account. When the account was closed I had a balance of -15.38, which means they still have my money. Not a lot, but its the principle of it all. Does anyone know of a way to retrieve that $15? I'm guessing no because my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name is still part of the invoice, but if anyone knows any way around this...please let me know. Thanks!

Not worth the hassle for $15, but you can send them a certified mail demand payment letter with threat of legal action. Very little chance they would send the money, but you never know.

Very true and I know its not worth $15, but its the principle of it all that bothers me. Just knowing all of this time that Ebay has $15 that belongs to me "erks" me.
So not only did I pay my Ebay fees before I was indefinately suspended, they also have my balance that I will never see.
