Limited Paypal and Ebay

My Paypal account got limited and they need delivery confirmation for 5 items to review the case.3/5 items were delivery confirmed already. but other two still in transit and they might take another 10-12 days to be delivered.However my Ebay account(Linked to limited PP) is still in good condition with 99 FB and 100% +ve.
if i link my brother's PP with Ebay and continue selling, is there any chance to get suspended from Ebay and PP(Both PP)?

No ebay and paypal are the same company, so obviously its already linked to the banned paypal. So the ebay will be banned eventually too, might get lucky and it last another month or two but eventually it will get banned too. If you really want to use it though till its banned then make a stealth paypal.
