paying others paypal owners with my stealth account

I paying some people for service with my stealth account at $150 each time. If someone does a claim or my account get limited and I dont pay back, will they withdraw from those other paypal user's account? or once the invoice is paid, then it's paid?

Once the account is limited. You can't withdrawl, send or close the pp account.

What I'm asking is when I send other people money with my stealth account, when it does get limits or when it gets some claims on it, will paypal withdraw the money from the other people's paypal account?

And what is the fastest way for me to witdhraw all my money without getting limited?

Yes Paypal does tracing through the multiple accounts and can cause BIG problems on every account involved.

Fastest way? No real way except trial and error + reading around the posts for solutions and trying it out.
