I need to know if it would be alright to link a new pay pal account to a existing ebay account ,even though you already had a pay pal account to that ebay account but the pay pal account had been limited on the ebay account ..

I have tried this - it's "ok" in the sense that it will work but you won't be able to get money out - you will become limited sooner or later.

What are you saying that I wont get money out in what way ?

At some time, whether a week, a month, 10 or 50 transactions - the moment you try to withdraw, you will in heavy likelihood become limited. There will be no request for documents - you will get the automatic 180 days message. Tried and tested.
