Wait for 180 days before trying to unlimit?
Hey, here's what happened to me:
One of my paypals was limited probably because it was flagged high risk for receiving too much. They asked me to provide alot of information like proof of address, information about payments etc... They also wanted me to add a bank account which I could not do because the paypal was from another country. I called them, explained that I could not add a bank account because I moved and they said there was nothing I could do but wait for 180 days. I did not submit anything and decided to wait.
After a year I called them again and asked for them to remove the bank account request again and they did!
I sent them the rest and I got unlimited, leaving me free to send those funds to a paypal where I could withdraw them (they limited it again and held the payment saying unauthorized blah blah but fixed soon after).
Now recenlty one of my newer paypals got limited in the same way. They did not ask for a bank account because that country doesnt support them (I learned from old one). After I sent them the information they denied my appeal right away and closed my account for good (still going to have problems cashing that one out).
So comparing this expirience with the previous one, do you think if that happens again I should wait 180 days before trying to unlimit? They seem to be much easier on you after they see the payments are good, infact they unlimited me even tho I used different country IP (guy on the phone said I shouldnt do it again tho:P) and only accepted my 3rd(!!!) proof of address.
