You get your money to debit card. Just wait couple days. This happened with me couple times. I withdraw money, show completed, and then I make new withdraw and BAM, limited account. Don`t worry money is in way...

Hi I've had a similar problem in the past where I withdrew money and a few days later got a limitation. Paypal reversed the money from my account. I'm still waiting for the completion of the 180 days to receive my money. Not sure what will happen in your situation. Keep fingers crossed

THE SECOND it touches your debit card, withdraw all of it into cash.

PayPal will more than likely try their hardest to reverse the withdrawal.

Yes, just to be on the safe side, paypal will sometimes attempt to get there money back if they suspect fraud was involved... Keep in mind they use the word fraud loosely

Just stop debit card. Bank account number not needed. With stopped debit card, Paypal can`t do anything.
I have old ebay accounts. I always pay fees with debit card. One time I need pay ebay 100$. They try charge me from active debit card, but my bank not allow do that. )

I just realise that probably eBay will be unable to get their taxes - what they will do in this case - the paypal is limited with Zero £ and the debit card it stopped?

Well if you cannot pay the fees, attach a VCC to it. IF YOU CAN RECOVER THE ACCOUNT AND NEED TO PAY FEES.

First I would like to know what you sold and why buyer started a claim before I even comment on this. Other folx are involved so all the best.

Now see, you are not playing properly. You get limited (you say) and now the buyer is making a claim. Seems strange?

If you can not bother to assist users taking time to answer you, then dont expect much.

It sounds rather unusual. And if it is not unusual then I happily expect to read your next post advising what the item is.

eta: oh dear, http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-di...eturn-ite.html

Methinks this is not nice methinks

Actualy when I ve been limited some buyer who already lef me + feedback tried to cheat and started a claim for NAD.
The item is perfume - with this kind of products everione can say this is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and start a claim and in most of the cases paypal give it to buyer favour. When I lived in UK i tried something - bought perfume from Boots, take of the box and went to Debenhams and said I bought this perfume from eBay and Im not sure is thi genuine. And you can gues what they said - it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗
